First Dog on the Moon cartoon flips fox and quoll roles

Original: Foxes are native animals?! Quolls are an invasive species? When did that happen? | First Dog on the Moon https:// aussie

Cartoonist First Dog on the Moon has published a new cartoon sardonically asking when foxes became Australian natives and quolls an invasive species. The satirical strip plays on the absurdity of Australia's ecological upheaval, where introduced predators like foxes and cats have devastated native marsupials such as quolls. Readers are sharing it as a wry commentary on biodiversity loss and conservation failures.

Why now: The cartoonist's ironic inversion highlights ongoing concern in Australia about invasive predators driving native species toward extinction.
