Claim: California, green groups colluding with China on military readiness
Original: California and environmental groups in collusion with China to destroy US Military readiness?
Former Navy SEAL-turned-conspiracy commentator Michael Jaco is circulating the claim that California and environmental groups are working with China to undermine US military readiness, alleging that state environmental policies restrict military training and operations. The claim has drawn significant attention online, but no evidence has been presented to support the allegation of collusion, and California officials have not responded to it.
Why now: The unproven allegation ties environmental regulation to national security, a provocative claim resonating with audiences skeptical of California policy and China.
