Russian strikes snarl traffic on three Kyiv bridges
Original: Russian aerial strikes snarl traffic on 3 Kyiv bridges in a new disruption tactic
Russian aerial strikes damaged three bridges across Kyiv, snarling traffic in the Ukrainian capital in what is described as a new disruption tactic. Rather than targeting bridges with the goal of destroying them, the strikes appear aimed at disrupting daily life and movement, causing congestion as commuters and drivers scramble for alternate routes across the Dnipro River.
Why now: Russia is using a new tactic of disrupting civilian infrastructure and daily life in Kyiv
