The shoot-em-up Shin DoDonPachi DaiFukkatsu has received a new training feature, letting players practise its notoriously tough bullet-hell stages. The game is also 10 percent off in the Steam Autumn Sale, with the discount running until October 9. Japanese gaming outlets are covering the update as a chance for newcomers and veterans alike to pick up the classic CAVE shooter at a reduced price.
Why now: The new training mode and limited-time Steam sale discount give players a timely reason to revisit or discover the game.
