Instagram is introducing an AI-powered assistant that tells users how to post, offering creators guidance and analytics-style advice on their content. According to The Verge, the feature is aimed at helping creators optimise what they publish, drawing comparisons with similar tools on YouTube. The move fits Meta's broader push to embed AI across its apps, and reactions online range from curiosity about the assistance to unease at platforms increasingly steering what users create.
