Miami Heat team up with Rockstar Games for Vice City night
Original: MIAMI HEAT AND ROCKSTAR GAMES® BRING A NIGHT IN VICE CITY TO KASEYA CENTER
The Miami Heat are partnering with Rockstar Games to host a Vice City-themed night at the Kaseya Center in Miami. The event, announced by the Heat and the NBA, will bring the aesthetic of Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City franchise to the arena. Details on the date and in-game tie-ins have not yet been fully laid out, but the collaboration highlights the growing overlap between NBA teams and video game brands.
Why now: The unusual crossover between an NBA franchise and the Grand Theft Auto brand draws attention ahead of Rockstar's continued Vice City revival hype.
