Twelve South's AirFly Drive Makes CarPlay Wireless

Original: New 'AirFly Drive' Accessory Turns Wired CarPlay Into Wireless CarPlay Twelve South, a well-known accessory maker for Ap

Accessory maker Twelve South has released the AirFly Drive, a device that converts a car's wired CarPlay into a wireless connection using Wi-Fi. The plug-in accessory lets iPhone users who already have wired CarPlay cut the cable without replacing their car's head unit, extending Twelve South's popular AirFly line into the car.

Why now: Drivers with wired-only CarPlay have long wanted a cable-free option, and this is a simple retrofit solution.
