Original: 49ers owner Jed York suspended six games, fined $500K by NFL after Ohio prostitution sting arrest

San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York has reportedly been suspended for six games and fined $500,000 by the NFL following an arrest in an Ohio prostitution sting. The league's discipline, if confirmed, would be a rare sanctions package against a franchise owner and would leave the 49ers without their principal owner for a significant stretch of the season.
