Original: Lhuan-dre Pretorius breaks Chris Gayle's record for highest T20 score with unbeaten 188
South African batter Lhuan-dre Pretorius has struck an unbeaten 188, surpassing Chris Gayle's long-standing record for the highest individual score in a Twenty20 match. Gayle's 175 not out, set in the IPL in 2013, had stood for over a decade. The innings has drawn widespread attention in the cricket world, with many calling the 20-year-old one of the game's most exciting young talents.
