Dave Roberts fires back at Padres owner with 'dinosaurs' quip

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts has responded to criticism from a Padres owner ahead of the MLB playoffs, saying 'I like our dinosaurs.' The remark is a pointed retort in the escalating verbal sparring between the National League West rivals as their postseason matchup approaches. The exchange adds extra spice to a rivalry that has become one of baseball's most heated in recent years.
Why now: Trash talk between Dodgers and Padres leadership is heating up right before their MLB playoff series.
