Netflix movies trending as Disney returns to licensing
Original: netflix movies
Netflix is drawing renewed attention as Disney moves to license exclusive content back to the streamer for money, reversing years of pulling titles in favour of its own platforms. Coverage also highlights Netflix's growing slate of true-crime films, including a documentary about Thomas Randolph, the Nevada man convicted after several of his wives died under suspicious circumstances. Interest in Netflix movies is rising across Google trends in Canada, the US and the UK.
Why now: Disney's decision to license content to Netflix again marks a notable streaming strategy shift, and new Netflix true-crime releases are driving searches.
