Google Calendar may let events default to different lengths

Original: Google Calendar may soon realize not every new event needs the same default length Juggling work and family? Google Cale

Google Calendar looks set to move away from a single default duration for every new event. According to a report from Android Authority, the app may soon let users set custom default lengths per calendar, which would help people juggling separate work and personal calendars. The change would save time for anyone whose meetings and family commitments rarely run the same length.

Why now: A report of an upcoming feature in a widely used everyday tool naturally draws attention.
