Flydubai flight to Tel Aviv diverts after pilot incident

Original: flydubai flight tracker

A Flydubai flight bound for Tel Aviv was diverted to Tabuk in Saudi Arabia following an incident involving the pilot, according to flight tracking data from Flightradar24. The diversion of a Dubai-to-Israel flight to a Saudi airport is drawing attention given the historically limited air links between the two countries.

Why now: A commercial flight diverting mid-route, with an unusual Dubai-Tel Aviv routing landing in Saudi Arabia, is prompting interest in what happened to the pilot and passengers.
