Strike Commando's Poster Gets a Nostalgic Roast
Original: Let’s Take a Moment to Revel in the Awful Awesomeness of Strike Commando’s Movie Poster
The poster for Strike Commando, the 1980s Italian-made action film starring Reb Brown, is being celebrated for its over-the-top, so-bad-it's-good design. Writers and fans of low-budget exploitation cinema are relishing its garish style, treating it as a prime example of the era's cheesy action-movie artwork and the enduring appeal of cult B-movies.
Why now: Retro exploitation movie posters are a popular source of affectionate mockery among cult film fans.
