Drake Maye lands on injury report, Patriots play-calling unaffected
Original: [Reiss] Question: Drake Maye ended up on the injury report yesterday. Has that affected your ability to practice or call
Patriots quarterback Drake Maye appeared on the injury report, raising questions about whether it would limit his practice or affect offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels' play-calling. McDaniels, asked about it, said it has not affected his ability to practice or call plays, moving to calm any concern about the young quarterback's status.
Why now: Fans are monitoring Maye's health because any limitation to the starting quarterback would be a major concern for the Patriots.
