Tuscany reopens free books scheme for young people in 2026

Original: bonus libri 2026

The Tuscany region has reopened the GiovaniSì call for applications for 2026, offering free books to young people. The scheme, promoted through the region's youth portal and publicised by the City of Florence's youth portal, gives eligible students a contribution toward purchasing textbooks. Applications have drawn attention as families look for help with school costs.

Why now: The reopening of the application window means students and families in Tuscany are searching for how to claim the free book allowance.
