British prosecutors have charged two Iranian men over a suspected plot targeting Jewish people or sites, in what authorities are treating as a terrorism case reportedly linked to Manchester. The charges come amid heightened concern in the UK and Europe about Iranian-linked plots against Jewish communities, and the case is drawing attention to questions about foreign-directed attacks and the security of Jewish institutions.
