Library holds piling up spark readers' shared panic

Original: Is there a word for the panic of having all your # library holds come in at once? That feeling when you know you have to

Readers are joking about the panic that hits when every library hold comes in at once, leaving just three weeks to finish dozens of books and tempting them to cancel plans. Librarians and book lovers are chiming in with their own stories of overloaded hold queues and borrowed-book deadlines.
