Original: Congress Falls Back On A Fullback: Where Pargat Singh Fits In The Punjab Poll Play

NDTV reports that Congress is turning to Pargat Singh, a former India hockey player turned politician, as it plans its approach to the Punjab assembly elections. The report frames his role as that of a 'fullback' in the party's electoral play, suggesting he is being relied on to shore up Congress's position in the state contest.
