Kestrel spotted soaring over Kronsberg draws passing attention
Original: Ein Turmfalke über dem Kronsberg. Hinter mir ein Radfahrer zu seinem Kind: "Guck, da werden Vögel fotografiert ... nein,
A kestrel was photographed hovering over the Kronsberg hill, where a passing cyclist told his child to keep watching the road rather than the bird being photographed. The charming scene, capturing both the falcon in flight and everyday family life below, has amused nature watchers who shared the moment widely.
Why now: The funny contrast between the majestic bird overhead and the father's exasperated plea to his child made people smile and share it.
