Dutch presenter Floris Göbel lives with pet snake in Amsterdam

Original: floris gobel

Dutch presenter Floris Göbel has given an interview about his home life in Amsterdam's Jordaan neighbourhood, where he lives with his royal python, Meneer Tortellini. He described the snake as his companion, while joking that the affection is somewhat one-sided. The feature has drawn attention in the Netherlands as a light human-interest story about the television personality's unconventional household.

Why now: A well-known presenter revealing he keeps a pet python as a companion is an unusual, charming detail that sparks curiosity.
