Mathilde Panot criticised for filming TikTok amid nationwide riots
Original: ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข โ While the riots are spreading across the entire country, Mathilde Panot is amusing herself by film
La France Insoumise deputy Mathilde Panot is facing criticism after being filmed taking part in TikTok choreographies alongside hooded high school students while riots were spreading across France. Critics accuse her of trivialising the unrest and treating the violence lightly, with the clip circulating widely and drawing strong reactions from commentators and political opponents.
Why now: The contrast between nationwide rioting and a leading politician joining TikTok dances has sparked outrage and debate.
