Vijay Deverakonda Slams AI-Morphed Video of Janhvi Kapoor
Original: devara chuttamalle song
Actor Vijay Deverakonda has strongly criticised an AI-morphed video showing his Devara co-star Janhvi Kapoor set to the film's popular song Chuttamalle, calling it "the digital equivalent of sexual assault". The song, from the upcoming Telugu film Devara, has been trending widely, but the altered clip has sparked outrage over deepfake abuse targeting women in Indian cinema.
Why now: The viral popularity of the Devara song collided with a controversial AI-morphed video of Janhvi Kapoor, prompting Deverakonda's angry response.
