Original: Why Lioness Star Zoe Saldaña Won't Join A Second Taylor Sheridan Series

Zoe Saldaña, star of Taylor Sheridan's 'Special Ops: Lioness', will not be joining a second series from the producer. TVLine reports on her decision not to take on another Taylor Sheridan show beyond 'Lioness', though details on her reasoning remain limited. The news comes as interest stays high in Sheridan's growing slate of dramas and Saldaña's television work.

Why now: Saldaña is a high-profile star of a popular Sheridan drama, so news of her stepping away from further Sheridan projects draws attention.
