A Flydubai co-pilot attacked the captain with an axe, according to a UAE official, in what appears to be an unusual in-flight or onboard security incident. The claim, reported by BBC News, is drawing attention because crew-on-crew violence in the cockpit is extremely rare and raises questions about airline vetting and cockpit security procedures. Details about the flight, injuries, and the co-pilot's motives have not yet been made clear.
