Prashant Kishor promises Bihar teachers a seventh salary before polls

Original: प्रशांत किशोर

Poll strategist turned politician Prashant Kishor made a significant claim in Saran, Bihar, saying he will ensure teachers receive a seventh month's salary before the Lok Sabha elections. The remark, reported by Dainik Jagran, is being discussed as part of his campaign outreach to educators, a constituency affected by Bihar's backlog in salary payments under the old pay scale.

Why now: Kishor's election-season promise to teachers in Bihar addresses a live local grievance ahead of the Lok Sabha polls.
