Ukraine's National Guard troops have delivered nearly four metric tons of humanitarian aid to residents of Oleshky, a flooded town in the Russian-occupied left-bank area of Kherson region. It is the second such delivery to the town, which has struggled with basic supplies since the Kakhovka dam collapse and ongoing war disruption.
Why now: The repeat delivery highlights rare access to a hard-to-reach occupied area still reeling from the Kakhovka dam disaster.
