Atheist jab claims gods were invented to serve agendas
Original: Theists: Gods were invented to advance the agendas of their inventors. ______________________ # atheism # faith # god
A skeptical take on religion is making the rounds, arguing that believers' own gods were human inventions designed to advance the agendas of the people who created them. The line is framed as a challenge to theists and is being shared under atheism, faith and god topics, touching on the long-running debate over whether religion reflects divine truth or human power and persuasion.
Why now: It compresses a classic atheist argument into a provocative one-liner that invites debate between believers and non-believers.
