Original: Alito says he knows who leaked Supreme Court draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade
US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito says he knows the identity of the person who leaked the 2022 draft opinion that overturned Roe v. Wade, though he has not named them publicly. The leak of the Dobbs decision draft sparked an unprecedented breach of court confidentiality and an internal investigation that failed to identify a culprit. Commenters are questioning whether Alito will reveal what he knows and what it means for the court's credibility.
