Original: Gestern am See. Graugänse auf einer Wiese, unspektakulär... plötzlich flog die ganze Wiese auf, gemischte Gänse flattert
A wildlife enthusiast in Germany described watching greylag geese on a meadow by a lake, when the entire flock suddenly burst into flight and a mix of geese flapped overhead, calling loudly. The observer stopped their bicycle to take photographs despite knowing the birds were too quick to catch on camera. The account is being shared among birdwatching and nature communities.
