Australian Conservation Foundation takes climate message to Fiji newspapers

Original: 👇 ad put in both Fiji newspapers by the Australian Conservation Foundation. A concise summary of # auspol climate policy

The Australian Conservation Foundation has placed an advertisement in both of Fiji's major newspapers, setting out what it calls a concise summary of Australia's climate policy. The move targets a Pacific audience, where neighbouring island nations are highly vocal about the impact of Australian emissions and coal exports on their future.

Why now: Australia's climate policy is under scrutiny in the Pacific ahead of regional climate diplomacy, making the ad a pointed public message to Fiji and its neighbours.
