Original: People are asking ChatGPT to help them decide how to vote in the midterms

Americans preparing for the midterm elections are increasingly asking ChatGPT to help them decide how to vote, prompting discussion about the role of AI chatbots in shaping electoral choices. The trend raises questions about the accuracy of chatbot answers on candidates and ballot measures, and whether AI tools should be giving voting guidance at all during election season.
