US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Washington is closely monitoring the case of Darya Shipilova, a Russian lab worker who possibly died of plague in Siberia. Quarantine measures have been imposed in several hospitals in eastern Russia as officials await confirmation of the cause of death, and the case has drawn international attention over public health concerns.
