IDF Releases Counter Film to Rebut Gaza Documentary 'NAZA'

Original: Gaza Documentary ‘NAZA’ Sparks IDF Counter Film to Rebut Venice Winner

The Gaza documentary 'NAZA', which won at the Venice Film Festival, has prompted the Israel Defense Forces to produce their own counter-film aiming to rebut its claims. The clash between the award-winning documentary and the military's response has drawn attention to competing narratives around the Gaza war, with both works vying for international public opinion.

Why now: The Venice award win and the IDF's unusual decision to answer it with a rival film have made the documentary a focal point in the information battle over Gaza.
