Putin Accused of Faking Pandemic to Help Trump Cancel Midterms

Original: oh look, # PedoPresident 's pimp, little # ToplessVlad # Putin , is doing his fat-ass useful idiot a solid by pretending

Critics online claim Vladimir Putin is manufacturing a new scary pandemic narrative to benefit Donald Trump, allegedly so the US president can impose a lockdown and cancel the midterm elections. The claim, spread with mocking hashtags about both leaders, links to a Forbes report, but no evidence supports the alleged scheme and officials have not made any such announcement.

Why now: Fears about a new pandemic emerging shortly before US midterm elections are fueling political conspiracy talk.
