Putin Accused of Staging Pandemic Scare to Help Trump Cancel Midterms

Original: oh look, # PedoPresident 's pimp, little # ToplessVlad # Putin , is doing his fat-ass useful idiot a solid by pretending

Critics are accusing Vladimir Putin of inventing a new pandemic scare to help Donald Trump impose a lockdown and cancel the US midterm elections. The claim, circulating with a Forbes report on a new outbreak, uses mocking hashtags to frame the two leaders as colluding, and reflects deep distrust of both governments' pandemic messaging ahead of the vote.

Why now: A Forbes report on a new pandemic threat has reignited conspiracy claims linking Putin and Trump to election interference.
