Amazon and LA28 to Move Into Former Forever 21 Headquarters

Original: Amazon, LA28 Moving Into Former Forever 21 HQ

Amazon and the LA28 Olympic organising committee are set to take over the former Forever 21 headquarters in Los Angeles. The move puts a major retailer and the Games organiser into space vacated by the bankrupt fast-fashion chain. It reflects ongoing shifts in the Los Angeles commercial real estate market as the 2028 Olympics approach.

Why now: The combination of a bankrupt retailer's empty headquarters, a major tech tenant, and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics makes it newsworthy.
