Amazon and LA28 to Move Into Former Forever 21 Headquarters

Original: Amazon, LA28 Moving Into Former Forever 21 HQ

Amazon and the LA28 Olympic Games organizing committee are set to occupy the former Forever 21 headquarters in Los Angeles, according to Bisnow. The move highlights how Olympic organizers are securing office space ahead of the 2028 Games while Amazon expands its footprint in the region. It also underscores the ongoing repurposing of retail real estate left vacant as major chains retrench.

Why now: The pairing of a tech giant with the 2028 Olympic organizing committee in former retail space is a notable commercial real estate development in Los Angeles.
