Original: पत्रकारों के समर्थन में उतरी Congress!, संसद मार्ग थाने के बाहर धरना || Delhi Police
Congress leaders and workers staged a sit-in protest outside the Parliament Street police station in Delhi in support of journalists, bringing them into a confrontation with Delhi Police. The party framed the demonstration as a defence of press freedom. The protest has drawn wide attention, with supporters backing the party's stance and critics questioning the political motivation behind it.
Why now: A major opposition party protesting against police action concerning journalists is a fresh, politically charged development.
