Original: Keep Connecticut Out of the Largest-Ever School Voucher Scheme
The Connecticut Education Association is urging state leaders to keep Connecticut out of what it calls the largest-ever school voucher scheme. The teachers' union argues that voucher programs divert public money away from neighborhood public schools and into private education, and it is calling on lawmakers to resist joining the effort.
