Donald Trump has announced a $6.6 billion defense shipyard project in Baltimore, linked to a firm owned by a top Republican donor and connected to defense technology company Anduril. The announcement is drawing attention to the intersection of major defense spending and political donor ties, with critics likely to question conflicts of interest.
