The collaborative StorySeedLibrary project has published its 150th illustration, contributed by the artist known as the_lemonaut. The artwork highlights open hardware collaboration, depicted through the openFlexure microscope, an open-source scientific instrument. Supporters note that engineering and scientific cooperation of this kind has been largely absent from solarpunk visual language so far, making the piece a notable addition to the collection.

Why now: The project reached a milestone of 150 illustrations while spotlighting open hardware, a theme rarely represented in solarpunk art.
