Original: Lance Bass says NSYNC got $35 a day at height of ’90s fame: ‘After years of number one albums, sellout tours’
Lance Bass says NSYNC members received only $35 a day despite years of number one albums and sold-out tours at the height of their 1990s fame. His comments renew attention on how little the boy band earned relative to the enormous revenue they generated, echoing long-running criticism of the music industry's treatment of young pop acts and their management contracts.
