Amazon's IMDb account migration prompts migration puns

Original: Why would I want to 'migrate' my IMDB account to Amazon Jeff, I thought you lads were against Migration? # TechBros # Mi

Amazon is asking IMDb users to migrate their accounts to Amazon, and some people are not happy. One user mocked the wording, pointing out the irony of tech firms pushing 'migration' while opposing human migration. The complaint mixes frustration over forced account consolidation with a political jab at tech billionaires' stances on immigration.

Why now: Amazon's account consolidation push has irritated users who see it as another forced platform merge, prompting ironic jokes about the word 'migration'.
