Yandex bot traffic collapses after Ukrainian drone strikes on data centers
Original: Yandex bot traffic nearly eliminated overnight after Ukraine drone strikes
Ukrainian drone strikes have crippled multiple data centers, including facilities reportedly linked to Google's Russian operations and Yandex infrastructure. Observers note that bot and disinformation traffic tied to Yandex dropped almost completely overnight following the attacks. The strikes came as Ukraine intensified its bombing campaign in response to Russian attacks on Kyiv's data centers.
Why now: Ukraine's drone strikes on Russian data centers caused a dramatic overnight collapse in Yandex bot traffic, a striking military-technology development.
