Report says Musk asked Trump to slow Starlink in Ukraine
Original: Musk approached Trump to slow down Starlink in Ukraine
The Telegraph reports that Elon Musk approached Donald Trump with a request to slow down or restrict Starlink services in Ukraine. The claim, if confirmed, would place the world's richest man at the centre of an unfolding political controversy over wartime communications. The report has drawn attention online, with commenters debating what it would mean for Ukraine's military, which relies heavily on Starlink terminals, and for Musk's political influence.
Why now: Starlink's critical role in Ukraine's war effort and Musk's political ties make the claim highly sensitive and newsworthy
