In a WBBL match, Perth Scorchers spinner Alana King took two wickets in a maiden over, bowling Melbourne Stars' Maisy Gibson for a five-ball duck. The Stars slumped to 19 for 9 after 18 overs, still needing 16 runs from the final 12 balls in a near-impossible chase. It marks one of the lowest innings totals of the tournament.
Why now: A rare double-wicket maiden leaving a team nine wickets down inside 18 overs is an extraordinary collapse, drawing attention to WBBL12.
