Original: Workers At Venice Biennale Join Global Dockworkers’ Strike

Workers at the Venice Biennale, the world's leading contemporary art exhibition, have joined a global dockworkers' strike, according to Artforum. The action links the art world's logistics staff with port workers striking internationally over pay and working conditions, potentially disrupting exhibition operations and shipping.

Why now: An unusual show of labor solidarity connecting the prestigious art world with a broader global dockworkers' strike movement.
