Vivienne Jolie-Pitt drops Brad Pitt's surname
Original: vivienne marcheline jolie-pitt
Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt, the 16-year-old daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has legally removed 'Pitt' from her name, according to Spanish outlet La Razón. The move makes her the second of the couple's children to drop their father's surname, and it is being read as a further sign of the deep estrangement between Pitt and his children during the long-running Jolie-Pitt divorce proceedings.
Why now: It is a new, symbolic development in the high-profile Jolie-Pitt family split that continues to attract global attention.
