Mozilla's Thunderbird email client is finally coming to iPhone. The team has released a first preview of the iOS app, which is still in development, with support for iPad also planned. Early reactions are curious and largely positive, as Thunderbird has long been a desktop-only alternative email client and mobile versions have been among its most requested features.
Why now: Thunderbird fans have long awaited a mobile app, so the first glimpse of an iOS version is generating excitement.
